Before we start, we have a quick call to see if we’re a good fit.
No pressure, no sales pitch — just a direct conversation about your goals, your lifestyle and what you’ve tried before.
I’ll ask a few clear questions, you’ll ask yours, and if we’re aligned, we move forward. This is how structured coaching starts: with clarity.
Your Personal Platform
Once you begin, you’ll get access to your private Innerlete app — where your entire coaching system is built and managed.
After our initial call, you’ll complete a few short, guided forms inside the app. They take only minutes and give me the context needed to personalise everything.
We then start with the first phase (usually about one week), where we assess how you currently train and eat, and identify what’s working and what’s holding you back.
During this phase I build your full training and nutrition system — clear, structured, and tailored precisely to you.

Multiple recipe options per meal, swaps, ingredient lists, and quantities — visible one week ahead.
● Ongoing adjustments & tracking
Weekly refinements based on progress, with optional tracking integrations (including MyFitnessPal).
Education That Builds Long-Term Skills
You’ll gain access to educational videos where I explain the logic, structure and key principles behind your personalised training and nutrition framework, so you know exactly what to do and why, as follows:

● Training load management (volume, intensity, rest periods, fatigue, RIR, failure)

Your app becomes your daily operating system, keeping training, nutrition, and habits aligned.

Exercise logging and form feedback, so execution improves week by week
Regular check-ins and goal reviews, turning data into real adjustments
Tasks and reminders are assigned by me — daily, weekly, or monthly — to create structure, consistency, and follow-through.
Weekly Adjustments & PDF Progress Reports
Every week, you receive a clear, structured PDF report that shows exactly where you are and what changes next, if needed.
Each report focuses on:
Progress trends and key metrics, including weight and measurements
Consistency and execution, across training, nutrition, and habits
What’s working, what needs adjustment, and why
Clear priorities for the week ahead
Based on this review, your plan is updated and refined.
