Coaching services: Due to their personalised digital nature, all sales are final once coaching has started.
Digital products: By purchasing digital content, you expressly agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once download or access begins, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Coaching timelines and check-ins are agreed individually. Digital products are delivered instantly or via secure access. Innerlete is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues outside its control.

Communication is provided through approved platforms only. Response times may vary (typically within 24–48 business hours). Emergency or 24/7 support is not provided. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of services without refund.
