I don't build your program until I understand you.
Most coaches send a plan on day one. I don't. The first week is for data, not discipline. You log your food as you currently eat it. You weigh in daily. You answer a detailed questionnaire about your life, your schedule, your sleep, and your stress. Nothing changes yet.
That week tells me everything. What your starting calories actually are. Where your habits break down. What your life looks like on a bad Tuesday. Only then do I build your program.

Training and nutrition
Training builds the body. Nutrition fuels it. You need both.
Training tells your body what to do. Nutrition gives it the raw materials to actually do it. Both matter, and both are built into your program from week one.
Your training plan is progressive, filmed, and explained. You'll know exactly what to do, how to do it, and why. Your nutrition is structured in phases, starting with real data and moving toward flexibility as you develop the skills to make your own decisions.
One doesn't work without the other. That's not an opinion. That's how physiology works.

Most coaches keep clients dependent. The plan stays with the coach, the decisions stay with the coach, the knowledge stays with the coach. When the collaboration ends, the client is back to square one.
That's not how I work.
Every phase of your program is designed to build your understanding, not just your results. You learn why the plan is structured the way it is. You learn how to read your own body's signals. You learn how to adjust when life happens. By the time we're done, you have the knowledge to keep going without me.
Results are the minimum. Understanding your body well enough to maintain and build on them is the actual goal.
