This is week 0 because the program technically hasn’t started. Most coaches start charging from day 1. I start delivering from day 7.

Foundation
You start with clarity, not chaos.
We install the data layer: training, daily logging, weekly measurements. We remove the noise of what to eat and how to train. Your job is to follow, observe, and report. Mine is to learn how your body responds.
By week 4: the system feels automatic. You stop relying on willpower.
Awareness
You start seeing the patterns.
Each week you receive short, practical lessons on what’s happening inside your body. Protein, fibre, recovery, training principles. Nothing theoretical. Each lesson is something you can apply that same week.
By week 8: you understand the why behind every choice. You spot patterns in your data before I do.
Independence
You run it. I refine it.
You build your own days, calculate your own targets, and manage your own training week. The recipe books become reference, not a crutch. By the final week you graduate with a maintenance blueprint built around your numbers.
By week 12: you can run this on your own for the next year. That’s not a marketing line. It’s the goal.
A note on how the plan is delivered
Some clients want full meal plans for the first month and earn flexibility gradually. Others want choice from day one. Your plan starts where you start. The phases adapt. The destination is the same.
This is the difference between a meal plan and an education.
